Muscovites spent the longest time stuck in traffic jams spending at least an average of 91 hours or a quarter of their total driving time.

Moscow ranked second on the list, with drivers in the Russian city spending 91 hours stuck in traffic previous year.

Dublin ranks 151 and drives spend an average of 31.4 hours per year in congested traffic.

From among more than a thousand cities, Los Angeles City has emerged in a new report as the one with the worst traffic congestion in the world. So using it's definition, a road is considered congested when speeds are below 35 miles per hour on a highway posted as 55 miles per hour or 39 miles per hour on segments posted at 60 mph.

Businesses suffer the most from traffic in Cardiff, with daytime congestion in the Welsh capital occurring 15% of the time.

Average congested speeds during the daytime within the two cities are just 4.9 miles per hour. NY drivers suffered even more at $2,500.

USA traffic congestion is not a new problem, but it could get renewed attention if President Donald Trump pushes for a large-scale infrastructure investment program as he has promised. Average congested speeds during the daytime within the two cities are just 4.9 miles per hour.

Los Angeles remains the runaway leader for time lost to traffic, at 104 hours in 2016, well ahead of the 89 hours in New York City. We wasted a mind-numbing average of 55 hours per person in traffic in 2016.
