Tennis player Genie Bouchard learned her lesson after betting against Tom Brady

New England wound up pulling off the greatest comeback in Super Bowl history, stunning Atlanta with a 34-28 victory in overtime.

With the Atlanta Falcons leading Brady and the New England Patriots 28-3 in Super Bowl 51, Bouchard tweeted out "I knew Atlanta would win, btw".

That is when Twitter user @punslayintwoods took his chance by putting faith in his Patriots.

With the Falcons comfortably ahead, Bouchard - like the rest of us - thought the game was in hand.

But the Patriots were not done.

Western states concerned over Romanian government decree
Unlike the previous two days, the combined number of people protesting in cities other than Bucharest were more numerous. At the same time, the Swedish Embassy in Bucharest voices concern with the recent changes in the Justice area.

You could wag your finger and warn about never betting on Falcons before they've hatched, but who could you blame Bouchard?

And a nervous Bouchard was starting to see the writing on the wall.

So is the date going to happen?

Bouchard was so confident, that when a fan tweeted the Canadian star 10 minutes later asking if she'd be willing to go on a date, she didn't hesitate to answer. Expect Bouchard to learn from her mistakes, though.
